For 6000 series deep groove ball bearings, DIN 625 is one of the controlling documents. The sections below describe its scope, the properties it does NOT decide and which standard does decide them, the equivalent designations, and the full size range.
DIN 625 — Scope
DIN 625 is the German standard for single and double row deep groove ball bearings. It restates the ISO 15 dimension plan for this bearing type: DIN 625-1 covers the single row 6000, 6200, 6300 and 6400 series, and the later parts the double row and thin-section variants.
What DIN 625 Does Not Fix
Like ISO 15 it fixes geometry only. The load rating is calculated to ISO 281, the tolerance class to ISO 492 / DIN 620 and the internal clearance to ISO 5753-1.
This division of labour is the thing to carry away from any bearing standard. A boundary dimension standard makes bearings interchangeable; it does not make them equivalent. Two bearings of the same designation from different makers mount in the same seat and are not required to have the same load rating, the same internal design, the same cage or the same speed limit.

National Equivalents
ISO 15 is the international parent; GB/T 276 is the Chinese equivalent for this bearing type.
This product is supplied against ISO 15 / DIN 625-1 / GB/T 276, which names the documents it is made to.
When to Cite DIN 625
DIN 625 remains in daily use in European mechanical engineering and on legacy drawings, and it is what many German-language datasheets cite. For a new design the ISO document is the better contractual reference, with the DIN number carried alongside it so that the drawing reads the same to everyone.
